Responsibilities: -Design and implement complex, multi-wave, multi-channel, triggered communications using modeling, scoring and segmentation techniques.
-Provide and be knowledgeable in ?best practices? in campaign development to optimize efficient and quality deliverables.
-Develop and execute multi-channel contact strategies across prospect and customer segment channels with the goal of increasing Allstate business and attributing incremental sales lift to co-branded partnership investments.
-From date anaylses, develop, test and measure campaign strategies that will drive desired prospect and customer behavior and results.
-Deep understanding of list, offer, relative package responsiveness, content relevancy and communications channel engagement (Direct Mail, Email, Phone, Web, Social, Direct TV)
-Design and implement project management and processes that efficiently and effectively drive direct response marketing initiatives.
-Work with high level of independent decision-making.
-Lead teams beyond immediate reporting relationships.
-Facilitate campaign and program discussion with internal product, legal and channel partners to ensure all parties are in sync with and accountable for their deliverables to support the co-branded affinity marketing efforts.
-Influence, negotiate and persuade team members to support project goals and initiatives.
-Manage and explicitly direct external vendors through every step of the project life-cycle.
-Be accountable for budgeting and forecasting for direct marketing program development and execution.
