Success in meditation means letting go, and letting go means we do not judge our meditation by the subjective experience within the practice. Instead, we look for results within our daily lives.
Do we feel more calm, more relaxed, less reactive and more energized?

Can we meet demands gracefully?

And, do we notice greater levels of sustained happiness?

These are some of the measures of success in meditation. They happen incrementally and spontaneously.

All benefits come from our twice-daily regimen of meditation. In order to achieve that, we make meditation a non-negotiable practice.

Our attitude is that nothing gets in the way of our daily sittings.
