The judge in one of the Saint Joseph High School sexual assualt cases has tentatively agreed to allow the Facebook postings of one of the alleged victims to be reviewed by a judge.
That's to see if they're relevant to the sexual assault case.
They had been requested by the defense attorney for the 16-year-old suspect.
Both sides will be back in court next Friday, when prosecutors could object.
On Wednesday, the victim's mother spoke in court saying she had issues with handing over her daughter's Facebook information because she was worried her daughter would be construed as a liar.
